The tripod’s durable black aluminum construction means it is capable of supporting more than two pounds in weight.
The package includes a reliable tripod case for safe transit and a manufacturer’s limited 1 year warranty on parts plus a 90 day warranty on labor.

Our Final Opinion on The Sony VCT R100 Lightweight Tripod
Well for the price you really cannot go wrong here – it is easily as effective and durable as the $80 models currently on the market!
It’s compact folded dimensions make it easy to take out on field trips, studio shoots and even on holidays! It does seem a little short in some instances but again this down to it’s unique folding feature.
We found it worked best with slightly lighter cameras so if you are planning on shelling out on a DSLR you may want to go for a tripod that is suited to the increased weight.
A perfect choice for independent filmmakers who are building up on a budget – at $34 you really can’t go wrong!
